Payroll sounds simple, but it often isn’t. Here’s how we handle it:
- Let us know about any changes by the payroll cut-off date (10th of the month), and we’ll include them in your payroll.
- If you have a lot of changes or new employees in a single month, please contact the payroll team ([email protected]), who may provide a bulk form instead.
- Once payroll is complete, you’ll receive a payroll summary by email.
- Payroll is filed with HMRC electronically, and payslips are sent to the employee’s nominated email address.
- If you use our payroll payments service, we’ll upload all the relevant payments for you to approve with a single click.
- Payments are scheduled for your usual pay date, but if that falls on a weekend or bank holiday, the payment will be set to go out the working day before (e.g., if the pay date is a Sunday, payment will be released on Friday).
